We understand the challenges faced by individuals who earn too much for government subsidies but not enough for the current housing market. As a former public educator for two decades, our founder witnessed this firsthand and established MagCorn, LLC to bridge this gap. We are actively seeking grants and loans to replace the roof on two structures, renovate two empty units, and acquire another multi-family building. We own two properties that can be used as collateral.
